Acceptable Use
You must use Tap4Go lawfully, safely and with respect for other people’s rights.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, exploitative or harmful content or activity.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, unsolicited marketing, scraping, denial-of-service, vulnerability exploitation, automated account creation or bypass of security/rate limits.
- Impersonation, false affiliation, infringement of copyright/trademark/privacy/publicity rights, or publication of confidential data without authority.
- Collecting, publishing or sharing personal data without an identified lawful purpose, required notice and legal basis; selling leads; using a contact request for unrelated marketing.
- Publishing health, child, biometric, insurance, government-identity or other sensitive data. Tap4Go currently supports business-card data only and is not designed to process those categories.
- Allowing a person under 18 to create an account, publish a page or submit a contact request.
- Using Tap4Go as a safety-critical, access-control or other high-risk system where failure could cause death, injury or material harm.
- Sanctions/export-control evasion, trafficking, hate-based abuse, sexual exploitation, or content facilitating serious wrongdoing.
Enforcement
We may investigate, request evidence of authority, limit distribution, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and report to authorities where reasonably necessary and lawful. We consider severity, repetition, risk, context and the user’s response. Except for urgent risk or legal prohibition, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to correct.
